Application:
1). Used as raw materials for wetting agents and fragrances.
2). Used as raw material for surfactants, flavours, detergents, cosmetics, textile auxiliaries, chemical fibre oils, emulsifiers and flotation agents.
3). It can be used in evening primrose, mignonette grass, lily of the valley, violet, acacia, mimosa, rose, narcissus, woody and fantasy type flavours. Also used in soap and detergent flavours. It can be used in edible flavours such as citrus, coconut-based, fruity compounds and honey flavours.
4). Mainly used to formulate lemon, orange, coconut and pineapple type flavours.
5). Used in the manufacture of high-efficiency detergents, surfactants, foam wrapping agents, emulsifiers, emulsifying agents, textile oils, fungicides, cosmetics, plasticisers, plant growth regulators, lubricant additives and some other speciality chemicals, which are widely used in light industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine and other industrial products. Dodecanol has the aroma of moon and violet, and can be used in rose-type, violet-type and lily daffodil-type flavours. It is chemically stable and safe to be used in soap flavours.
