Application:
1). Allyl heptanoate has a fruity aroma (similar to the aroma of tropical fruits such as pineapple, apple, etc.), and is widely used in food flavorings and daily chemical products (such as perfumes, shampoos and skin care products) as a scenting ingredient.
2). As an allyl ester compound, it can be used as an intermediate in organic synthesis, participating in reactions such as ester exchange and polymerization. For example, it may be used as a cross-linking agent or monomer in free radical polymerization.
3). The double-bonded structure of allyl may be used to prepare specialty polymers or resins that impart specific properties (e.g., heat resistance, flexibility) to the material.
