Zhengzhou Yibang Industry Co., Ltd. successfully held the 2025 Work Summary & 2026 Work Plan Meeting on the morning of January 22, 2026, at Zhengzhou Meilun Hotel.

    Mr. Wu, Deputy General Manager of Henan Kangyuan Fragrance Group Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Zhengzhou Yibang Industry Co., Ltd., took the lead in delivering the 2025 year-end work summary report. Centering on the theme of “summarize achievements, identify problems, and map out directions”, the report systematically reviewed the completion of annual operating indicators, focusing on key work highlights such as market environment analysis, sales performance, and team collaboration. Combined with the industry development trend, it in-depth analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings, put forward targeted suggestions such as strengthening quality control and optimizing operational efficiency for subsequent planning and deployment, and clarified the 2026 development goals to jointly write a new chapter for Yibang.

    Subsequently, Mr. Liu, Group Trade Union Chairman and Deputy General Manager, read out the criteria for selecting advanced individuals and the decision on commending advanced individuals . The meeting commended 8 Advanced Workers from Zhengzhou Yibang Industry Co., Ltd. and Henan Yibang Logistics Co., Ltd., with group leaders presenting honorary certificates and bonuses to the awardees. After the award ceremony, all attendees took a group photo.

    Several department heads delivered speeches, comprehensively and in-depth elaborating on their respective departmental work. Speakers included Ms. Cao, Deputy General Manager of Zhengzhou Yibang Industry Co., Ltd.; Mr. Chen, General Manager Assistant of Yibang and Manager of the Foreign Trade Department; Mr. Chen, General Manager Assistant of Yibang and Manager of the Domestic Trade Department; Mr. Xu, General Manager Assistant of Yibang and Manager of Yibang Logistics; and Mr. An, Deputy Manager of Chicheng E-Commerce. Their speeches were based on their respective duties and closely aligned with the company’s overall development strategy.

    Mr. Xu, representative of the 2025 Advanced Workers of Zhengzhou Yibang, delivered a speech, which further aroused the enthusiasm of all employees to learn from advanced models and strive for excellence.

    After that, Mr. Zhang, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Branch, Deputy General Manager, and Director of Kangyuan Fragrance Factory, delivered an important speech. He pointed out that the company should focus on the core of sales, always adhere to the overall direction of emphasizing production, ensuring safety, stabilizing quality, and prioritizing sales; elevate the standing and perspective to strengthen service support efficiency; and innovate marketing models to drive the company’s high-quality development, further clarifying the development direction and boosting progress.

    Mr. Zhang, Chairman of Henan Kangyuan Fragrance Group, delivered a concluding speech. Chairman Zhang noted that the current market environment is complex and volatile, with severe development conditions. Despite multiple challenges, Zhengzhou Yibang Industry Co., Ltd. has still achieved gratifying results, which is inseparable from the hard work and unremitting efforts of all employees. The group fully affirmed everyone’s efforts and sense of responsibility.
