Application:
1). Edible Flavor: Ethyl Decanoate has a fruity and slightly alcoholic aroma (similar to brandy or coconut), and is widely used as a flavor enhancer in confectionery, beverages, dairy products, and baked goods.
2). Liquor flavoring: used to formulate rum, brandy and other liquors to enhance their flavor levels.
3). Fragrance base: Because of its mild and long-lasting aroma, it is commonly used as a flavoring ingredient in high-end perfumes, moisturizers, and hair conditioners.
4). Solvent/emollient: Used as a solvent in nail polish and make-up remover while providing a refreshing texture.
5). Organic Synthesis: as an intermediate in the synthesis of drugs (e.g. antibiotic carriers), surfactants or advanced ester derivatives.
6). Lubricants/Plasticizers: Used in synthetic lubricants or in plastics processing to improve material flexibility.
7). Drug carrier: used as an adjuvant for ointment and patch to help the drug penetrate the skin or mucous membrane.
