Boiling point: 152-155℃ (1400Pa).
Flash point: 159℃.
Solubility: slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, propylene glycol and other spices.
Stability: stable in acidic medium, unstable in alkaline medium, does not cause discoloration.
