Food and flavor industry:Edible Flavors: Ethyl succinate has a slight fruity and wine-like aroma, and can be used to flavor beverages, confectionery and dairy products, but it is used in lesser quantities, mainly as an auxiliary aroma enhancer.Wine flavoring: small amounts are used to formulate the complex aroma of certain liquors
