Application:
1). MND adds a buttery, creamy, rich note to milk powder, cheese, butter, and cream flavors.
2). It is also used in popcorn, roasted coffee, and green tea flavor profiles.
3). At low levels it smells anise and mint. At higher levels it turns buttery and slightly fruity.
Storage:
1). Keep it in a refrigerator at 0–10 °C. Keep the headspace under argon or nitrogen.
2). When you take it out of the fridge, let it warm to room temperature before opening. This stops moisture from condensing inside the bottle.
