Application:

‌‌2). Used in small quantities in perfumes, cosmetics, soap fragrances, and home fragrances to provide baked, nutty, or tobacco-like aromatic notes.

3). Used to enhance the aroma of tobacco products and strengthen the natural baked aroma of tobacco.

‌‌4). In fine chemicals, it can serve as a starting material or intermediate for synthesizing other more complex pyridine derivatives or other heterocyclic compounds.
